2.7 Launching a simulation

At the IDRIS center, the simulation can only be launched on the Uqbar machine (NEC SX5 of the IDRIS center)
Thus it is necessary to copy the working directory EXP00 (which is on Rhodes) and, submitt the launching script that has been configured.

uqbar : cd $workdir

uqbar : mkdir STD_TEST

uqbar : cd STD_TEST

uqbar : rcp -r rhodes:/home[_b]/rech/GROUP/LOGIN/STD_TEST/modipsl/modeles/IPSLCM4_v1/EXP00 .

uqbar : cd EXP00

uqbar : qsub Job_LJ31
