MODIPSL can be installed on different platforms. Functioning is
ensured on Rhodes ( SGI Origin 2100 of the IDRIS center), Mercure (NEC
SX6 of the CEA), Nymphea (Fujitsu 5000 of the CEA) and on PCs under Linux.
The following examples are given for Rhodes.
The first instruction, optional but useful, consists in defining an
alias for the command needed to extract MODIPSL software from one of
the IPSL CVS server.
You are advised to definie the following alias :
alias cvs_ano='cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.ipsl.jussieu.fr:/home/ioipsl/CVSROOT'
Considering that the above alias was defined, the following command
should be entered :
rhodes : cvs_ano co modipsl
MODIPSL extraction
Otherwise the full command line must be entered...
